HR trends – potential threats
Since January 2020, Career Angels has delivered 210 trainings (incl. webinars and in-person lectures), for 10,409 people working across various industries. Before, during and after these sessions, we talk with the involved stakeholders and participants. Additionally, we constantly monitor the job market and discuss major events with experienced HR professionals and C-level executives to stay up to date with the newest trends.
Career Advisory postgraduate studies – after the eleventh meeting
Chatbots, ATS, Smartphoneization, employer branding, upskilling – these are just a few of the emerging trends, that may be an opportunity, but also a threat to HR departments, recruiters or Career Consultants operating on the market.
