Uczucie frustracji podczas poszukiwania pracy – brzmi znajomo? Poniżej opisujemy jeden z wielu podobnych maili przepełnionych frustracją, które otrzymaliśmy od naszych klientów. Proces poszukiwania pracy może być frustrujący, zwłaszcza jeśli czujesz, że wszystko działa przeciwko Tobie. To klasyczny przykład, z którym wiele osób poszukujących pracy może się utożsamiać, dlatego też chcielibyśmy podzielić się naszą odpowiedzią, mając nadzieję, że ukoi lekko Twoje nerwy.
Drogie Career Angels,
skontaktowałem się już ze 115 rekruterami. Wysłałem im zaproszenie do sieci kontaktów na LinkedIn, wiadomość na LinkedIn oraz mail. Napisałem do 30 osób, które znam osobiście.
Odbyłem zaledwie 15 rozmów wstępnych, tj. rozmów, podczas których się przedstawiłem, a mimo to nie zaproponowano mi żadnego stanowiska.
Brałem udział w 2 procesach rekrutacyjnych. W jednym zostałem odrzucony, w drugim odbyłem już 2 rozmowy kwalifikacyjne i teraz czekam na odpowiedź zwrotną.
Okazało się to być trudnym zadaniem. W sierpniu wyjeżdżam na wakacje, a we wrześniu ponownie ruszam z poszukiwaniem pracy. Jestem świadomy swoich dobrych i złych stron, ale martwię się, że jako kandydat jestem za stary (mam prawie 50 lat).
Nie wiem, co jeszcze mogę zrobić.
