Career Advisory in Practice: Summary of the Postgraduate Studies

Our “Career Advisory” students have graduated in a flash! Here’s what they (and we) had to do to finish their degrees:

  • 11 intensive weekends (which are, to be more precise, 22 lecture days or 176 lecture hours)
  • 3 written exams, during which they answered 15 multiple choice questions and 3 short answer questions
  • 1 oral exam

Moreover, what’s also worth mentioning:

Moreover, our students:

  • studied career management science by Decision Dynamics
  • analysed data, statistics and research on career management & job search
  • reviewed a total of 13 most popular and common tests / tools available on the market for candidates / employees
  • did more than 250 (!) practical exercises (individual, in pairs and groups) that took up to 45 minutes each
  • had numerous group discussions

During their studies, some students practically applied the tools both in their organization and with their individual clients who managed to achieve their goals.
