Otrzymaliśmy następujące odpowiedzi: tłumaczem, weterynarzem, archeologiem, koszykarzem, nauczycielem, sprzedawcą w kiosku, stewardessą, operatorem koparki ręcznej, prawnikiem lub „kimś, kto przeprowadza wywiady”… 85% z nich „wylądowało” w szeroko-rozumianym twardym i miękkim HR na stanowiskach i/lub rolach takich jak: coach, HR Manager, HR BP, Psycholog HR, koordynator rekrutacji. Pozostali zajmują się nauczaniem, kształtowaniem doświadczeń klientów. Podsumowując: jest to bardzo zróżnicowana, ciekawa i dojrzała grupa. Średni staż pracy to 13 lat – zaczynając od 3, przez 16, aż do 22 lat doświadczenia.
