The job market is becoming more and more competitive every day. To stand as an executive, you need self-awareness, visibility, and authenticity in everything you do. But how do you get there? It all starts with identifying your Unique Selling Proposition (USP).
Your personal brand is more than just how you introduce yourself – it’s what defines you. It also determines whether you get a call when you’re out there job hunting, and it directly impacts the number on your paycheck. How do you tell your story in a way that connects and captivates? And are there times when skipping storytelling altogether is the better move? (Spoiler: Yes, there are!)
During this interactive meeting we’ll explain:
– how to formulate storylines that are engaging (with real examples)
– how not to do it (with real examples)
– how to arrive at your executive USP
Think of this session as of an actual meeting, as there will be several opportunities to network. Be ready to fully engage & contribute. If you plan on passively listening, this is not for you. Everybody is expected to engage.
