Strategic interviewing for executives

Free session for experienced managers & executives in Europe who are currently looking for a job (or getting ready for it): “Strategic interviewing for executives“.

When was the last time an interview truly worked in your favor—leading to the next step, a shortlist, or even an offer? If you’re a seasoned professional, the usual approach may no longer be enough.

Navigating interviews at a higher level requires more than just confidence or experience. It’s about understanding the unspoken rules:
– recruiters may engage with you for reasons other than your candidacy
– the decision about choosing you is often made within the first 10-15 minutes
– what you perceive as a casual chat might actually be a missed chance to make a lasting impression

Sharpening your strategy could be the edge you need. During this interactive meeting, we’ll explain:
– the four levels of interviewing skills (with real examples)
– how to use the STAR method and build a relationship with the interviewer
– the most important differences between online & offline job interviews

Think of this session as of an actual meeting, as there will be several opportunities to network. Be ready to fully engage & contribute. If you plan on passively listening, this is not for you. Everybody is expected to engage.
