Let’s talk about… your career
If you are old enough, you’ll remember the catchy melody to “let’s talk about …, baby, let’s talk about you (…), let’s talk about…”. We want to raise awareness of how important it is to talk about “all the good things and the bad things that may be”, concerning your professional life: your career, your salary, your ambitions, your potential, your future. Especially now – in the summertime – a phrase we sometimes use jokingly proves right: “Adults spend more time on planning their vacation than their own career.” That includes managers and executives alike – independently of their age!
