About the initiative: Career Angels have been providing a safe space for experienced managers and executives in this successful formula since April 2018. The underlying idea is to create a community for managers throughout Europe who have accepted the challenge of looking for a job (actively or passively), so that they can exchange their experiences, support each other through listening, words of encouragement, information and inspire each other. About the event: With the changes on the job market, experienced managers and executives don’t have the luxury of “skipping” networking entirely. You have to do it. Professionally. Elegantly. Systematically.
This interactive meeting is for those experienced managers and executives who:
- have an innate resistance to networking, especially online
- have a relatively small network / are not “natural networkers”
- feel uncomfortable reaching out to the network they have
- don’t know how to approach someone that could actually help them
