About: You don’t have to change jobs regularly to have a successful, satisfactory career. One option is to stay within an organization to achieve career fulfillment – these can usually be achieved through either so-called “job crafting” and/or skillfully moving up the corporate ladder. Looking at statistics, Group CEOs of the biggest corporations have in vast majority spent min. 15-20 years within the same organization to get to that role. Plus: if you want to change career paths, it’s usually easier to do it within the current employer then through external changes.

About the initiative: Career Angels have been providing a safe space for experienced managers and executives in this successful formula since April 2018. The underlying idea is to create a community for managers throughout Europe who have accepted the challenge of looking for a job (actively or passively), so that they can exchange their experiences, support each other through listening, words of encouragement, information and inspire each other. These and other numbers show that technology wants to play the first fiddle on today’s job market. 60-70% of job ads for executives are filtered through so-called ATS. 75% of CVs will never be seen by human eyes. But there are ways around this!
