In other words: LinkedIn can be used in many professional areas to achieve different goals! For this reason, as part of the career program “Talent Tree”, together with the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, we are organizing a series of three webinars – always at 17:00.

During the third webinar, Anna will discuss the topic of personal branding on LinkedIn, and more specifically, she will answer the following questions:

  • How do you hack the LinkedIn algorithm?
  • What are the activity guidelines on LinkedIn?

About: How has the job market changed in March? Is there more or less demand for candidates? And how does that influence your own hiring and/or job search efforts? How does Europe compare to Africa and the Americas? Is it a good moment to be a candidate in Germany? Italy? The US or UK? How strong / weak are the job markets in the TOP 20 economies worldwide? Sandra Bichl will answer these questions and will share tips & resources around the visible & hidden job market, candidate positioning or CV for humans vs. ATS. Spoiler alert: in today’s competitive environment, it takes 2-4 times more effort to find the right candidates or a “good” job!

What else is happening soon?

About the initiative: Career Angels have been providing a safe space for experienced managers and executives in this successful formula since April 2018. The underlying idea is to create a community for managers throughout Europe who have accepted the challenge of looking for a job (actively or passively), so that they can exchange their experiences, support each other through listening, words of encouragement, information and inspire each other. Sounds interesting? More info here: “About Challenge Accepted Europe
About the event: Headhunters and Executive Search Consultants are often a mystery to experienced candidates – usually when it comes to understanding, “Why aren’t they more proactive in helping me? If I find a job, they make money!”. During this interactive meeting we’ll explain:

  • a headhunter’s role in recruitment processes (incl. how & when they are compensated)
  • how to find them and then contact them effectively & actively – but not hyperactively to avoid being perceived as too pushy or desperate! (you don’t want to make it onto somebody’s “black book”)
  • why it’s important to communicate with headhunters and why you should never ghost them (even if they ghost you)
  • how to fine-tune your LinkedIn profile to be found at the research stage
  • how to make sure to make the most of every single conversation you have with them
