For/mat: online, for registered students of “our” post-graduate degree “Career Advisory – Managing the Development and Change of Career Paths” at Kozminski University
About & details:
These post-graduate studies have been designed to meet the needs of the market. Knowledge in the field of Career Advisory is often improperly flattened to “CV formatting” and associated only with career counselling, but there is so much more to it: knowledge about market trends, understanding how technology works, diagnosis of competencies and designing career paths – and these are just a few examples! Do you feel this is something you might be interested in and want to learn more? Read the summary after the 1st meeting.
Are you interested in this field and don’t want to wait until our next edition? Follow information about our courses – including in-house – on this site:
→ Topic: Does your CV land interviews? – with real examples
Date: March 22, 2023 / 17:45 – 19:30 CET
Moderator: Sandra Bichl
For/mat: online, for registered participants. Important! Registration closes on March 14.
How to register: click here “About Challenge Accepted Europe”
About the initiative: Career Angels have been providing a safe space for experienced managers and executives in this successful formula since April 2018. The underlying idea is to create a community for managers throughout Europe who have accepted the challenge of looking for a job (actively or passively), so that they can exchange their experiences, support each other through listening, words of encouragement, information and inspire each other. Sounds interesting? More info here: “About Challenge Accepted Europe”
About the event: Let’s face it: your current CV is the product of updating a file that you started 10-20 years ago. While the format you used as an ambitious junior was great, it most probably doesn’t reflect your USP, your personal brand or executive presence. And even if you decided to upgrade your resume by using a template, chances are, that you chose one that looks nice, but isn’t really user-friendly – neither for humans nor for ATS. During this interactive meeting we’ll explain:
- how an executive CV should look like (with real examples)
- how to go about writing your profile summary
- why a “normal” CV won’t work with ATS
