As a Global Strategy Director at a multinational chemicals company, our client was no stranger to making tough decisions and driving international growth. Their career was defined by ambition, cross-border leadership and years of strategic impact. But no amount of experience can shield you from unexpected news. One day, they heard it: the company was closing their office location. Just like that, their carefully built routine and local professional network were put at risk.
Some colleagues received offers to work remotely. Others weren’t so lucky. And for our client? The options were complicated.
