Does your CV land interviews? – with real examples

Free session for experienced managers & executives in Europe who are currently looking for a job (or getting ready for it): “Does your CV land interviews? – with real examples

Your current CV is likely a document you’ve been tweaking for years, originally created long ago when you were just starting your career. Even if you’ve recently given it a facelift with a new eye-catching template, it was probably more about the aesthetics than the practicality of it. You might have even incidentally made your CV difficult to navigate for both recruiters and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

The truth is, a CV with only surface-level changes is unlikely to reflect the unique value you bring, your personal brand, or the executive presence you’ve built over the years. In a highly competitive job market, an outdated or ineffective CV can become a major obstacle to landing interviews.

During this interactive meeting we’ll explain:

  • how an executive CV should look like (with real examples)
  • how to go about writing your profile summary
  • why a “normal CV won’t work with ATS

Think of this session as of an actual meeting, as there will be several opportunities to network. Be ready to fully engage & contribute. If you plan on passively listening, this is not for you. Everybody is expected to engage.
