Networking has an efficiency of 29% as a job hunting channel – 14% more than contacting recruiters! Depending on how complex the job search is, candidates should get in touch with their network 3 to 9 months prior starting the whole process, meaning that they have to audit contacts in advance, be systematic and consistent.
This video was recorded during one of the 16 webinars we produced last year that attracted over 1000 participants from all over the world who have spontaneously sent us feedback like this one: “The webinars allowed me to systematize my knowledge. They were invaluable to understand how the current job market looks like. They are a beautiful initiative in times like these. They support people for whom building a career development path is a big unknown in some aspects. It’s perfect for those who appreciate professional knowledge and experience” (Department Director)
Thanks to the overwhelmingly positive feedback, we’ve decided to design a course called “Every step of the job search explained – backed by research!” which you’ll find on Udemy. Here a sneak peek of the content on the introduction to networking as one of the tools in the job search process.
