5.2.2019 opublikowaliśmy posta, w którym zachęcaliśmy osoby 50+, by aplikowały do naszego programu DiAZ, który ma „umożliwić uczestnikowi znalezienie ścieżki kariery i źródła dochodu (jak np. stałe zatrudnienie, współpraca projektowa, interim’owa – zajęcie przynoszące dochód)”.

Kryteria rekrutacji – osoby, które mogły aplikować:

  • mają skończone 50 lat i mieszkają w Warszawie
  • nie pracują od 12 miesięcy lub dłużej
  • szukają pracy i nie mogą jej znaleźć
  • ostatnio zajmowały rolę kierowniczą w korporacji: min. stanowiska N-1, nie krócej niż 7 lat

Wbrew pozorom było trudno znaleźć osoby, które spełniają te kryteria.
