Best of 2024: #SharingIsCaring
As we look ahead to 2025, we’re more excited than ever to share our knowledge, data, and expertise with the broader community. We’ve had the privilege of reaching professionals through various channels, including webinars, lectures, and live sessions, and we’re thrilled to see the impact we’ve made.
(Knowledge) Sharing is Caring: in numbers
In 2024, we delivered an impressive total of 116 events in both English and Polish, reaching over 4,350 professionals. In addition, more than 7,000 individuals joined us for live sessions on LinkedIn! And let’s not forget the conferences and career fairs we’ve participated in, where we connected with even more professionals and students. We’re deeply grateful for the support from the organizations and individuals we’ve partnered with, and we look forward to continuing these collaborations in the future.

It’s been a year of exciting growth, and we’re already looking ahead to 2025 with over 30 invitations to speak at conferences, webinars, and lectures. Career Management & Job Search Initiatives
Beyond our events, we continued driving initiatives that support professionals in their career journeys. In June 2024, as part of our CSR initiative, we launched the “Individual Outplacement” program to support experienced professionals with 25+ years of work experience who have been struggling with their job search for more than 9 months. Our goal was to help 5 executives (selected from 67 applicants!) re-enter the job market with our customized, expert guidance.
After receiving an overwhelming response, we selected 5 motivated candidates to begin an intensive process consisting of 6 sessions. During these sessions, a dedicated career consultant worked with each participant to create and implement an individualized job search strategy. Key topics included CV creation (incl. ATS-friendly formats), identifying headhunters and potential employers, interview preparation, optimizing online presence (LinkedIn), networking skills, and more. And the results? 2 participants have already secured new positions, while the others are in the hiring process.

Educating the next generation of Career Consultants
In 2024, we continued training and educating future Career Consultants to improve the quality of services in our field. We organized:
- the post-graduate degree “Career Advisory in Practice” at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School
- 2 open Career Consultant Courses for those looking to gain more knowledge in the field
- 2 in-house, tailored Career Consultant Courses for one of Europe’s largest insurance companies
