According to recent data, 95+% of multinational corporations use ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). What’s more, 75% of resumes submitted online are not even being seen by a recruiter. This means that only 25% of resumes are taken into consideration! Of which about 50-90% are rejected depending on the volume of applicants. The good news is that you can “hack the system” by knowing how to prepare a resume so that it is not only in the 25%, but also in the non-rejected pool of candidates that the recruiter will at least call, and maybe even invite to a longer interview.
During the webinar you will learn:
• how ATS works
• how to “rewrite” a resume to meet formal and technical requirements
• how to adjust the content of your CV so that it is recommended by the software to the recruiter
