Ricarda’s full bio:
Ricarda Betzing is currently Head of HR & General Services at FCA Capital Suisse (the Swiss outlet of the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles banking & leasing body).
She has spent most of her career in international HR management, in R&D organizations such as CERN and the European Space Agency, as well as industry (Siemens, Alstom). Ricarda holds a BA in Marketing and an MBA in HR Management & International Business. She has been promoting active involvement of HR also in strategic issues from the beginning, not only in her core disciplines talent acquisition & management, but also in a plethora of projects and in her various change management assignments.
Among other things, Ricarda is adding new emphasis to HR communication & digitalization (which incidentally will also touch upon the careers site). A nationality spread of more than two dozen nationalities on site allows for full play when it comes to her extensive linguistic skills.
While the size of FCA Capital is manageable (less than 100 employees in Switzerland), please take Ricarda’s word for it: “A small company can make a big difference.”
Should you happen to meet Ricarda off duty, you’re more likely than not to see her in her running gear as she’ might be preparing for another marathon… so much for going the extra mile ;-)
