On average, recruiters spend 10-15 seconds on every CV. Sometimes a bit less, sometimes a bit more, but it’s just seconds! That’s why creating the Perfect CV is so important! Done properly, it is a relatively long (deep) process that often is completely underestimated by candidates.
To quote a CEO who took 2 weeks to respond to the “CV questions” we had prepared, “It would have been easier for me to sell a container of rotten bananas…”. Of course, there are some who appreciate the exercise and share: “It’s the first time in my career I actually took the time to think about my experience, my success, all the projects… I didn’t realized how much I’ve actually achieved.”
