Over the years, we have had the chance to work with hundreds of managers and executives and have conducted thousands of career consultations. During all these years a lot has changed – the job market, client needs… we constantly try to follow all these changes.
What remains the same is the success of our clients. We are extremely happy with each and every success of them and that is why we are proud that 75% of our clients have found a satisfying job, 16% decided not to change, usually despite having job offers and 9% of our clients decided to set up their own company.
