→ Topic: How much can you really learn about candidates?
Date: September 21, 2023 / 17:00 – 18:00 CEST
Speaker: Sandra Bichl and Rikard Larsson
For/mat: live streaming
Language: English
How to join: Click here. If you want to receive the materials (recording, presentation and anything else that is mentioned during the live session), fill in this registration form.
About the series: How much can you really learn about candidates? How much can you rely on a candidate’s auto-presentation? On their awareness? On their self-assessment? Are there aspects you can “test for” upfront to avoid hiring mistakes? If yes, what kind?
Everyone involved in managing and/or recruiting people need to understand: what’s exciting (and engaging) for some, might be a reason to not even apply for others! In more scientific terms, what you want to try to assess upfront is the so-called “job fit” and “cultural fit” – these two factors can predict the likelihood of a candidate not only staying, but succeeding.
Sandra Bichl from Career Angels and prof. Rikard Larsson from Decision Dynamics invite you to join the live, interactive 30-min webinar that looks at the above-mentioned aspects – with concrete practical examples and real cases.
