How to be interviewed? (video)

How to be interviewed?

How to be interviewed and get a job when there are so many strategies the interviewers use to get to know the candidates better? You should definitely avoid the so-called “ping-pong style” conversation. Remember that you only get one chance to introduce yourself and to convince the decision-maker that you’re “the one”. But don’t go overboard: the more natural you are, the better!

This video was recorded during one of the 16 webinars we produced last year that attracted over 1000 participants from all over the world who have spontaneously sent us feedback like this one: “I got invited for an interview […] and the recruiter asked me for my CV, therefore I sent the one I had prepared based on Open Webinars. During the interview, I was answering questions using the STAR method. Then I got invited for the second interview. A big thank you to Career Angels for providing such useful tips!” (Manager)

Thanks to the overwhelmingly positive feedback, we’ve decided to design a course called “Every step of the job search explained – backed by research!” which you’ll find on Udemy. Here a sneak peek of the content on how to be interviewed to get a job.

With that positive feedback, we decided to put our know-how into a comprehensive, stepbystep introduction to the strategic planning of your job search, with an understanding of COVIDtime market trends – published on Udemy.
