Career Advisory postgraduate studies – summary
Our postgraduate “Career Advisory” students have graduated in a flash!
Here’s what they (and we) had to do to finish their degrees:
- 11 intensive weekends (which are, to be more precise, 22 lecture days or 176 lecture hours)
- 66 pages of final papers
- 1 group project, incl. a presentation
- 45 randomly selected questions from a pool of ~70 during the written exam
- 1 oral exam
Moreover, what’s also worth mentioning: - 103 client examples have been discussed
- 7 lecturers, incl. Anna Zadrożna, Anna Mady, Sandra Bichl, Lidia Igielska, Justyna Przybysz, Bożena Wujec, Paweł Fortuna
- 14 guest speakers, incl. Joanna Chrobak, Jacek Zdziarstek, Hania Jędruszczak, Maciej Michalewski (Founder / CEO Element), Kondrad Zabłocki, Łukasz Małecki (ShareHire Founder), Wojciech Zytkowiak
- career management science by Decision Dynamics
- data, statistics and research on career management & job search
- we reviewed a total of 13 most popular and common tests / tools available on the market for candidates / employees
- we did more than 50 (!) practical exercises (individual, in pairs and groups) that took up to 45 minutes each
- we had numerous group discussions
On top of that, our students supported on average 2-3 clients parallel to their full time work and study load – most of them were successful in finding a new job or getting promoted – depending on what their initial goal was.
We are so incredibly proud of our graduates for having made this extraordinary effort! And for believing in us while embarking on this amazing trip to the second edition!
