Sandra started her international career in recruitment in June 2002 in Budapest, Hungary at TMP Worldwide (now Hudson) in the Legal Recruitment Department that has become Legalis. She has worked with executives in CEE while being based in both Budapest and Warsaw, Poland. In June 2010 after a 2-year break in recruitment (Sales & Marketing Manager in Latin America), Sandra decided to change, though not moving in-house, but to what she likes calling “the third side” of the recruitment process: supporting executives in their job hunting process. Sandra works in English, Polish, German and Spanish. She also speaks Portuguese and French.
From 2007 to 2010 Katarzyna gained professional experience across marketing, HR, logistics, accounting and the hospitality industry while based in Warsaw, Poland and Lisbon, Portugal. As of 2011 she joined KONE as an HR Generalist. In 2013 she was promoted to HR Business Partner for Poland and Ukraine becoming the Regional HR Manager for New Emerging Markets (PL, CZ, SK, SI, HU, UA), SSC (SK) and KONE factory (CZ) in 2016. She joined Career Angels in August 2016. In the meantime Katarzyna completed “The Art and Science of Coaching” by Erickson College, currently in progress to become ICF certified. Katarzyna works in English and Polish.
Anna started her career in recruitment in 2004 after graduating from psychology, with a specialization in career counseling. She joined Headhunters CEE as a Researcher, and was then promoted to Research Consultant. Since 2011 Anna has been working directly with clients across various industries with a focus on board level and board -1 assignments across Europe, incl. CEO / COO for major international corporations, Sales & Marketing Directors, especially in FMCG and retail, CIO/CTO with a focus on digitalization, and various finance roles, incl. SSC. Anna joined Career Angels in 2018 on a project-basis. She works in English and Polish.
Maria joined Career Angels in 2013. She studied “Management of Human Resources” at the University of Economics in Cracow. Maria’s main responsibilities: recruit Mini & Career Angels (incl. testing), train all new team members and ensure every Angel is on par with our quality standards. She also helps everyone to firstly get & feel connected to our remote, virtual team and then enable everyone to stay “plugged in”. Maria works in English and Polish.
Anna worked for global and local companies specializing in Executive Search for 13 years. She was responsible for recruitment processes for higher and middle management positions. Additionally, she also conducted projects in the area of competence assessment and development, outplacement programs and trainings. In 2013 she did not only complete her MBA studies at Koźminski University but also moved in-house and joined the HR team at ING Bank Śląski. She was responsible for employee development and designing career paths, then managing the organizational culture and stimulating innovation. Anna is still involved in HR projects, i.a., for a global automotive company. In 2017 she joined Career Angels. Anna works in Polish and English.
During Valeria’s 16 years with MIP, an Austrian consulting company, she was instrumental in developing their business in Ukraine and then enabling the shift from management consulting to HR consulting and Executive Search. While still in Ukraine, Valeria was the Executive Director of the Swedish Ukrainian Business Club and a Board Member of the HR Committee within EBA. Valeria started supporting Career Angel clients in May 2013 working out of Denmark. She works in English, Danish, Ukrainian and Russian. Valeria also speaks German.
Izabela started her HR-related career in Hudson in April 2001. She worked in Talent Management (TM) with Polish and international companies (energy, production, FMCG, finance, pharma) supporting Middle, Senior and Top Management. In 2011, she moved to Bigram, to further develop Outplacement and TM programs. Her scope of expertise within TM: (Executive) Assessment & Development Centers, Graduate Recruitment, Competency Profiling, Talent Identification, 360° Feedback, Feedback Sessions, PDPs, Workshops on Soft Skills. She has published a number of articles on HR-related issues. She joined Career Angels in 2016. Izabela works in English and Polish.
Agnieszka is the Head of Research at an international recruitment company. She has 12+ years of experience in conducting executive search projects regarding key functions as well as managerial and experts roles in organisations operating in FMCG, manufacturing, finance, professional services and other sectors. She started cooperating with Career Angels in early 2012. Agnieszka works in Polish and English.
While completing her Master Studies in Psychology at the Warsaw University, Anna Zadrożna started at TMP Worldwide (now Hudson) in February 2001. After having recruited in sectors like pharma, (heavy) industry, construction, IT and FMCG, Anna left in October 2006 to become a Senior HR Specialist at LOT, then an HR Manager at BDO, followed by IDEA bank, then – HR Development Manager at Getin Holding SA, and finally – HR Projects Director at PKP Intercity SA. In the meantime Anna completed two post-graduate studies at the Kozminski University: “Managing professional competences of employees” and “Professional Coaching”. She started cooperating with Career Angels in 2011 on a project-basis and joined permanently in 2016. Anna works in Polish and English.
